Hello friends, I am Payel and I welcome you all to my channel.This is a hub of all kind of mouth watering dishes which contains Indian (Bengali / North Indian / South indian), Mughlai , Afgani , Chienese , Tibetian , Western and many more.
I try to make my recipe as simple as possible so that it can be easily prepared at home with very less ingrediants and without much effort .

About Me
I am a very simple Bengali housewife. But I always had a dream to do something by myself which can give me an identity of my life. But after completing my education I got married .
Still it was somewhere in my mind that I need to do something. One very fine day I told my husband(His name is Suman) about my dream . He listened my dream and told me that as I want to deal life independently so it will be difficult for me to work in traditional 10-5 job. Instead of doing the traditional job if I can proceed with my hobbies I shall be happier and I can do that more efficiantly.
He suggested me why can't I proceed with cooking as I cook well and I like to cook different recipies at home. So first with his inspiration I joined a cooking class where I used to get advice from chefs of renouned hotels.
Then I opened my kichen in YouTube. But I was very camera shy. But with all inspirations of my friends and families I have crossed a long way and became the person I am now.
All this credit goes to all of you , Suman and by brother (Sourav).
But now I got a very special inspiration from one of my very special person , she is my lovely daughter (Trina) .
She is currently 9 month old and likes my cooking video very much.
