Yummy Creamy Tomato Soup

History
Tomato soup is a soup made with tomatoes as the primary ingredient. It may be served hot or cold in a bowl, and may be made in a variety of ways. It may be smooth in texture, and there are also recipes that include chunks of tomato, cream, chicken or vegetable stock, vermicelli, chunks of other vegetables and meatballs. Popular toppings for tomato soup include sour cream or croutons. In the United States, the soup is frequently served with crackers, which may be crumbled onto the soup by the diner, and a grilled cheese sandwich. Tomato soup is one of the top comfort foods in Poland[2] and the United States. It can be made fresh by blanching tomatoes, removing the skins, then blending them into a puree. The first published tomato soup is mentioned by Eliza Leslie in 1857 in her final publication New Cookery Book. Joseph A. Campbell's recipe for condensed tomato soup in 1897 further increased its popularity.

☛ Heat butter in a pan.
☛ Add Bay leaf into the pan. Fry it little bit
☛ Add 4 cloves whole garlic. Fry this for 1-2 Minute
☛ Add 1 Cup of chopped onion into the pan. Fry these also for 2-3 minutes with salt. Salt will help onion to become translucent.
☛ Chop the tomatoes and add those in the pan. Cook it covered in Low flame for 2-3 minute.
☛ After 3 minute open the lid and mix it once. Again cook it for 2-3 minute with lid on.
☛ Turn Off the heat and let it cool down
☛ Once it cools down remove the bay leaf.
☛ Make a smooth paste of the cooked tomatoes with some water
☛ Strain the paste using a strainer to remove the any leftover skins. Add some water to get all tomato pulp
☛ Heat the sugar and water mix and let it boil first. When water starts boiling reduce the heat to low .
☛ Mix it well.
☛ Add the tomato pulp and water mix in the pan and let it boil
☛ Add Sugar , Salt and black pepper . Mix it well .
☛ Boil it till it comes to the desired consistency . Now add Fresh cream .
☛ Mix it and boil it for 1-2 minute
